The OpenData view requires a source and target bucket (both in Neuroglancer's precomputed format), a URL to a materialization table, bucket secrets, and optionally, a JSON file with instance metadata. This file helps save/restore sessions or start the "Revise Dataset" workflow using data from the "Proofread Annotation" workflow.
Instances can be loaded via sub-volume constraints in the 'View Centric' approach or pre-/post-synaptic coordinates in the 'Neuron Centric' approach. You must also specify the coordinate layout, source volume resolution (nm), target volume resolution (nm), and instance crop size (pixels). Click 'Submit' to prepare data, then "Start Data Proofread" or "Start Drawing" to begin proofreading or revision.
This tool is designed to help evaluate the annotation of synaptic clefts, correct annotations, and segment false positives. The annotations consist of two side-by-side lines (pink and turquoise) marking the synaptic cleft and polarity. They are categorized as: correct (green), incorrect (red), and uncertain (white).
